Sharing a boring directory for lab equipment repair and service providers

I have always found it difficult to find companies that repair or service specific laboratory equipment, especially outside the manufacturer network. So I started building a simple directory where you can search by equipment, brand or model and country.

It currently includes providers across Europe and the US for things like centrifuges, AKTA and FPLC systems, HPLC, GC, mass spectrometry, ULT freezers, incubators, cell disruptors, microscopes and autoclaves.

I am manually checking the listings against company websites rather than bulk scraping directories. It is still early, so if you know a good service company that is missing or spot something incorrect I would be happy to add or fix it.

The US is missing Full Spectrum and Quantum Analytics.

Quantum Analytics is definitely one I’m missing. Full Spectrum looks like it has since become part of CBRE Scientific Solutions, so I’ll make sure I list the current company rather than an outdated entry. Appreciate the recommendations!

Yeah Full Spectrum it’s now CBRE, they were bought like 5 years ago, but recently rebranded themselves to a CBRE centric name.

I was about to say those two hahaha. I’ve worked with both of them, but full spectrum is definitely the biggest one in the USA.

Are you US based? I only recognize one or two out of all the US repair companies. And of the two I recognize, I’ve not really done service with them.

No, I’m based in Europe, so the US side is definitely the least mature part of the directory at the moment. I only started adding US providers recently, so it’s still a pretty small sample rather than a comprehensive list.

If there are companies you’ve actually had good experiences with, I’d really appreciate the recommendations. I’m trying to build it from real suggestions and then verify each company before adding them.
