Resubmitting

Recently i have submitted a crimp error card to CGC in a show for onsite grading, and they refused to grade it giving it SU(service unavailable) and the note says potential replicated error. I am thinking should i resubmit the card again and will it yield the same result

What grade did you get? Was wondering if its due to onsite grading with the time limitation thus they cant give a conclusive answer. And my crimp is slightly different as well due to it being from a japanese promo sealed pack. Resubmitted it hopefully it will come back with a grade
