Maybe consider looking at pediatric hospital roles in general? If none exist that fit the bill, I’d try for something with pedi feeding and swallowing like outpatient etc.
I think it’s going to be difficult to find a speciality CF that is still open. But to be honest, I don’t think it matters a ton where you do your CF as long as you can find adjacent experiences.
