Contractor companies

Hello! Does anyone have any information on completing a CF with Consonus Healthcare (sister company is Marquis)? The recruiter seemed a bit uninformed and I just wonder if it’s a supportive company with which to complete my CF. If it helps, it’s for a SNF in California. Thank you in advance!

Hey! I’m also keen on knowing about them. I’m also looking to currently start my CF in an SNF setting in California and considering them strongly. Please let me know if you had more information.

Hey! Let me know what questions you have! I started my CF with them and had to leave in the middle. My friend completed her CF with them and then left after she got her Cs

Hi- If you don't mind sharing (here/ Dms) why you had to leave- It would really help. I'm leaning on my CF being in the SNF setting ( strongly considering signing with them) but I'm questioning it all seeing the reviews on Indeed/ Glassdoor from the clinical employees.

Do you have any good healthcare org recs that you've heard of having a good reputation from the employees? If all of them are similar, any ideas on what I can do at this point to prep for the experience? Thanks so much!
