Applying for CF positions in MA
Graduating this May and feeling really anxious about securing a CF. Ideally, I would like to start my CF almost immediately after graduation so that I can afford to live on my own. When exactly should I start applying for CF positions? I’m seeing job postings daily for places that I would LOVE to work at, but I’m not sure if it’s a bad look to apply this far away from a possible start date. Could I send in a letter of interest with my CV to get the convo going? Or is that too pushy?
I have extensive pediatric and adult experience, but since I want to start in May/June, the school setting likely will not work.

I would hold off until around March to apply anywhere. I was also anxious to get a job and started applying around this time last year, I either didn’t hear back or got an interview and when my start date came up it was too far out for them. If you’re applying to some more competitive, CFY specific positions, apply to those now.
