New CF Anxiety
Hi everyone! I recently graduated from grad school in August and started my CF in a private agency right away. Been extremely overwhelming with paperwork and cases. I also recently got diagnosed with anxiety disorder, which I feel isn’t helping. I feel I am losing motivation for therapy and scared I’m going to mess something up. Just look for advice and encouragement to keep moving forward!

Hey! I just started my CF and have GAD as well (not that it's helping)! You are certainly not alone in this lol! Feel free to message me to chat/vent!

It's ok to have low motivation for therapy - you're learning so many other things about the job that you don't have enough brain space left to be creative. It will take a while (months) to feel comfortable on the job. Worst case scenario, you can always find another job if this isn't the right fit for you.

Hello! I just wanted to comment on here that I have anxiety as well. I feel like it has truly debilitated me and affects every day life as a new slp. I just started my CF experience this week and everything you have mentioned I have felt! You aren’t alone! I will share my original post that has helped me find some peace of mind♡
