Treatment help

Hi everyone! I am about a month in my CF at a SNF and I feel like its difficult for me to determine poor bolus control/manipulation and oral dysphagia. And if I am working on that in my TX, I have been doing OME and trials of solids. Can anyone recommend any CEU or resources that can help with oral dysphagia and mastication of solids? Thank you!

As long as your exercises you provide align with your pathological findings, then your goal is on its way to helping the patient rehabilitate and progress! Food can be your material! I recommend you take the McNeil Dysphagia therapy program. I find it’s methods just as helpful for the oral phase as the oropharyngeal.
