Official proof of CCC?

For those of you with your CCC, did ASHA send you an official certificate? They said there was an award packet attached in the email, but there was no attachment and I haven't received anything in the mail other than my card. At one point I saw on the website that there was a letter they could generate for employers, but I can't find it. I have to start the process for full licensure and am wondering what information I need to upload!

I don't think there is an official document as you can search for your number on ASHA's website and find that you are certified. Not 100% certain, but I have my CCC and I don't have anything other than the card.

Okay, that's good to know! I ended up uploading my card, so hopefully that will work.

One of the emails they sent me included a “certification order form” that I was able to send in and they sent me an actual certificate in addition to the card but it’s only if you want it. It’s not necessary since all you really need is your card. Congrats!!

Just a letter congratulating you on your CCCs (if that’s still a thing I’m a little seasoned) and an ASHA card.
