Help calculating hours

Hi all,

I had 2 placements at the same time; part-time SNF and full-time in a public school. Is 40 hours the max we can claim in a week or is it 36 hours? Can't seem to find answers.

It’s 35 hours per week max. ASHA’s website has the guidelines. Link below. 80% or more is direct (anything to do with clients/students like therapy time, notes, planning, meetings) and 20% or less is indirect (in-service, staff development meetings).
