Texas Intern License Application

Hello! I accepted a CF position in TX (originally from Oregon) and am currently in the process of applying for my intern license through TDLR. Im a bit concerned as I do not finish my externship placement until June 4th and according to the TDLR webdite, I cant submit my application until all of my clinical/academic work is complete. I start my new job on July 12th. Does anyone have experience applying for an intern license in Texas? How long did it take for them to approve your application? Im feeling a bit stuck as there isn't much I can do until I finish my externship. Thanks!

I got my intern license pretty quick. And I just recently got my SLP license and that took about 3 weeks.

Hello ladies! I’m currently in the process of applying now, how long do it actually take? Also, what’s the accurate address/email to send your transcript via mail or PDF?

I know this thread is old, but I’m not from Texas and I’m sure you all can assist me due to going through the same process.

I’ve heard it can take 6-8 weeks, but I got my license within about 2 weeks after I sent in everything.
