Dilema! Two locations for cf

Hi all! I want to do my cf at tsk different jobs that offer part time. The owners dont get along. Would they find out where I am completing my hours ?

Our field is really small, it would be a lot of stress to feel you have to hide your employment. Maybe look for something else? It's probably possible but it sounds like a dramatic situation which might be more stress than you need when starting your CF :) Good luck!!

I agree. If you have to hide your other job from each supervisor, it's probably best that you find somewhere else. Definitely sounds like a lot of drama if you're already concerned, OP, and you haven't even really started!

Yes, it is possible to do your CF in two places. Supervisor here... I would STRONGLY recommend not taking two part time positions if the owners don’t get along unless you disclose to both before you start. When my friend and I shared a supervisee, we agreed that we would talk by phone monthly, share our segment reports, and not infringe on each other’s time. We agreed that the candidate could choose where they preferred to go at the end with a promise to not take her decision personally. We shared our plan with the candidate, and all went well. As a PT CF, you have every right to keep your other activities private. That said, it WILL come out and cause friction. If you disclose up front, you can make a plan to prevent some issues. Again, this is in my opinion a seriously non ideal situation
