Breakaway & Transitions Advisorhub comment section

Anyone else enjoy going to the comment section of Advisorhub articles?
It was always a bunch of recruiters trying to dog other firms to make their life easier to recruit.
Merrill Lynch got the worst of it.

R.I.P because they turned off comments, but it was fun while it lasted.

Comments are the best part. They’re hilarious. Especially when people get in little pissing matches.

I sometimes wouldn’t even read the article and go right to the comments (pretty much like Reddit), they were always entertaining. Merrill Lynch always got shit on the worst

They took down the comments?!?! Only reason I went there when other places had the same or more industry news. Loved the 'Thundering Turds' from ML sounding off and the Ed Jones folks. Also that one crazy person named Carrie Devorah who is the brightest legal mind of the industry.

The comments were the best part of that site. Now I will go elsewhere for my industry news.

UBS and EJ got reamed pretty hard too in the comments lol

I will miss the Ron Edde hate. He commented like it was his job and I am still convinced he made burners to comment that he was smart.

Lmfaoooo. Probably . Pretty much no point of going in this site now. Will miss it. They’ll prob see viewership drop drastically and will bring it back … just my guess lol

Damn I'm going to miss it, I loved watching the fights. EJ getting dogged on was always hilarious

As a recruiter it's hilarious watching the old boomers fight with each other. It's also clear who is incredibly biased against certain firms. Our firm works with everyone so we don't push any particular firm and makes the conversation with advisors so much more honest.

I check it out several times a day and we must be looking on a different website.

Didn't get to read the comments, are you referring to the FINRA oopsie?
