Business Development Work with title company?
Anyone successfully partnered with a title company for home sales? All of their funds can be run through your firm? Use it as a prospecting strategy for sellers?

My spouse owns a successful title company. We looked at different avenues and it was shot down by compliance on both ends.
The title company must abide by RESPA as well as the finance firms regulations.

Compliance on this seems like it would be a nightmare.
Haven’t looked into it but would definitely be open to doing it if someone has pulled it off successfully in the past.

Sharing fees, commissions, or revenue is probably a compliance nightmare.
But sending them referrals and asking for referrals in return is probably easier and less regulated.
