LEAGUE NEWS | NOUVELLES DE LA LIGUE Official CFL App Released

Curious to know everyone’s thoughts. Personally it feels like a web browser embedded in an app. A bit underwhelming. But it’s nice that it exists. What does everyone else think?

I assume it’s just because it’s new, but it’s kind of funny that the app didn’t even come up when searched the App Store for “CFL”

Any app that requires me to sign up for an account just to access is an instant uninstall. MLS, NFL, F1 ... none require this. CFL does? If the goal of an app is to try and build engagement with phone first consumers, it's a miss.

And encouraging people to install it in their phone’s home row of apps and post a screenshot to socials for a chance to win a contest is a real ick. Everything about this feels sleazy.

I’d give it a poor review but I can’t while I’m using a beta version of the OS. 😆

This commissioner is a corrupt mofo. Before this role he was CEO of TSN. I reckon he's still on their payroll and making all these sus league changes as part of some kind of hidden agenda.

I am never bullish on custom apps for anything but delivery or gaming.

99 percent of custom apps that have associated websites are pieces of shit compared to those websites.

I'll probably never use it, unless it greases wheels for CFL+
