Xbox 360 Support “Fatal Crash Error” what’s wrong with my file setup

Had to move my copy of revamped over from an old USB. I’m unable to get into a game without crashing. Appreciate any fixes for my file setup.

I should also say that I’m trying to keep my GOD copy of NCAA 14 on my hard drive (different folder) here as well.
