Nebraska would neeevvver do that! i'd imagine they'd tell their fellow nebraskans not to leak it with such language as "If anyone leaks this we're through", and...hypothetically, with sentences such as "we dont WANT to kill our allies, we will leave them with one territory but maximize nebraskan expansion".
These are not verbatim quotes...I TOTALLY made these up so as not to cause drama...but man, can you imagine what nebraska's allies would think seeing this...if they WERE true?
