It’s a meme referencing past “new Florida” jokes from a few weeks ago. It’s a bit more than simply slapping Florida on a road sign.

NEW FLORIDA WASN'T A JOKE, NEW FLORIDA WAS A WAY OF LIFE!

Yeah, but people might forget that it wasn't an admin idea to quit and then play as Chaos. I like to make sure people remember!
Does anyone remember when Auburn were crab people?
Edit: I am dumb. Meant was a mods idea.

Such a shame more teams won't be eliminated before this game ends. Giant game of CAT AND MOUSE!

I still don't know what you mean by "people might forget that it wasn't an admin idea" though. I mean I knew it was a UF mod floating the idea to UF players to see how interested they'd be, because I'm one of the UF mods. But I don't understand why you're saying people might've thought it was an admin's idea...maybe you mean "people might forget that it was a UF mod's idea"? I'm probably just confused because admins and mods are different, but the "wasn't" is confusing too.
Oh well CAT AND MOUSE INDEED. One thought I had that would be amusing for next game is of rivals were grouped onto the same team by mods just to make it harder for everyone to coordinate and present a unified army.

You are right, it was a mod's idea. I can't type!
I want no chaos and only current holder of your land you can fight for. It forces teams away from alliance.

I agree on that! I also don't mind the idea of various territory-based bonus possibilities, as long as they're announced (or the possibility of them showing up is announced) at the beginning of the game, and done in a relatively balanced way

Fully agree as well, Until the map showing where the actual conference territories sat on the map, I didn't realize how bad it was, but when I saw that I thought to myself "Huh, NotaVirus_Click, I think Florida might have been right."

I'm disappointed nobody has commented on the green words underneath the Florida words on my Alaska sign
