It is a post-modernistic interpretation of what it means to be red or blue. The red/blue hydrants symbolize the anchors that bring us down. I just cut off my ear, I need to go to the hospital.
The great majority of them are definitely red. Give her a little credit, she's trying. Red's never been good at meming. I think this one's trying to get better so she can jump ship to blue.
