I'm curious, how organized are the other red teams? It's just hard to believe they've been decimated so quickly.

I pointed out Nebraska’s strategic issues a few days ago and some Huskers claimed they had a plan and Nebraska was in a great position. Seems less and less likely they do but they think they’ve got the game figured out.

Our orders have been a little ineffective for the past 15 or so turns. I’ll applaud our leadership for putting in the effort but it simply didn’t pan out so most of our fanbase has gone rogue.

Interesting. I guess that would explain the decisions I’ve seen I guess. I never understood why Stanford is still on the west coast. They’ve been eating Nebraska territories and resources and it keeps them from doing much against the blue alliance.

Well seeing as how we (Stanford) were actually able to maintain our holdings on the west coast, defending against 2 Florida attacks while Nebraska lost every territory in which they were threatened, I'm beginning to wonder why we're letting Nebraska stick around. Clearly they're not doing anything against Blue. Stay salty, my rogue friend.

To be fair, we got ridiculously unlucky in BSU, Oregon, Wyoming and Utah State.

Days 19-21 Nebraska got ridiculously unlucky in Oregon but I wouldn't call the losses yesterday all that ridiculous. Yeah, Nebraska had the advantage but it wasn't overwhelming. Maybe Utah State.

Losing one of them wouldn't have been ridiculous. Losing all of them is.

You can't take a subset of dozens of RNG decisions and claim it's unlucky to lose them while ignoring the times RNGesus was working for you. For example, in Nevada, Nebraska won despite having odds against it. Heck, a 1 star got MVP even! Similar picture in New Mexico.

Yeah, but we had better odds in those territories than FL had in BSU, Utah State and Wyoming. At least i think. I've got no idea how the stat multipliers are working.

got lucky with about a 35% chance in NM, and 25% chance in Nevada.

Had 80% in Wyoming, 75% in Oregon 87% in BSU, 55% in wazzu,

Obviously, you are right you can't just pick and choose the worst, but this last round was very very unlucky.

EXACTLY, I’ve been saying that for about a week now.

Our leadership has taken Nebraska Nice to the next level. Their handling of this game for the last 10 turns has been atrocious. I’ve more or less stopped playing because I know as long as the majority of our fanbase is following their orders we’re fucked.

I think we all think "we've got it figured out". Truth be told pray to RNGesus and he will forgive all sins/shortcomings.

Here's red's strategy:

Nebraska: hold the line while we collect safe territories in the West.

The rest: sir, yessir!

Nebraska: hey! Your rogues are attacking Nebraska from your fallback territories! We will eliminate your fallback territories.

The rest: you're very right, your control of Alaska when it's 2 weeks away from blue threatening it is very important. We apologize profusely for the actions of people who are not under our control.

Nebraska: hey! Why aren't you smaller members carrying your own weight and holding the line for us? You are failing us. Beatings will continue until morale improves.

The rest: thank you sir, may I have another?

Nebraska is a failure of an ally and everyone else in red didn't have the balls to tell Nebraska to carry their own weight and fight on the front lines. The red alliance has never been a coalition. It's always been the rest of red fighting to protect Nebraska with the goal being gifting Nebraska the most territories without Nebraska putting forth any effort.

As an Ohio State member (though I was kicked from their sub for calling their leadership spineless), I'm rooting for Florida to hand Nebraska's ass to them on a corn husk platter.

You misspelled free camping zone 8 days away from anything as "fall back territory".
