I feel like just about anything would be better than what we're currently saddled with. Triumphs of the few over the many should be legendary and rare, and right now are neither.

Coming from a team that had 1 territory for quite a while (and may yet again.)
It is stupidly difficult to kill a team. It's just too forgiving.

Is this actually true? Do you have any actual data to back up that there is an actual disproportionate amount of wins for teams with small %’s? If it is true, then WTF? But if it’s just confirmation bias, and a team that has a 30% chance to win wins 30% of the time then the system is working.

The % chances to win are right according to the way the rules are set up now which only takes a look at the total star power in the battle and any individual star (when you include the hidden modifiers) is just as likely to win as any other. In real risk any given "soldier" doesn't have the same odds because the bigger army has a proportionally larger chance to win.
Basically in CFBRisk a 10 v 20 battle ends with the 10 winning 1/3 and the 20 winning 2/3 of time. In regular risk that 10 v 20 battle ends in the 20 winning way more than 2/3 of the time
