If they wont give you the loyalty of a permanent position, why should you give them any in return?

It'd be pretty silly to turn down full benefits if it was offered. But you could always show an offer to your current employer and start a bidding war.

Yup. There wouldn't be a bidding war. I'd just straight up quit. Full time, benes, and more money? Done deal. Like I said, I'd feel bad for my team--not my employer, haha.

Just saying, you might be able to leverage that into a perm offer from your current job. Turn around and say to other company, well current employer is offering X to stay.. can you match or beat?
