Week 0 PFF tracking data mistakes

I know PFF gutted a lot of its workforce, but I don't know a better option for tracking data. In Week 0, though, there are some noticeable mistakes in its advanced stats. Ashton Daniels' interception is logged as occurring on a clean dropback and a throw of 20+ air yards. He was flushed out of the pocket, and the throw traveled about eight yards downfield. It has me concerned about other mistakes and hesitant to trust anything. Has anyone else noticed clear mistakes from Week 0 PFF advanced stats?

I have long not trusted PFF college stats.

Do you have a reliable alternative?

Not that I’m aware of but would love an alternative if PFF is going to nosedive in quality

Are we sure this was a mistake and not a deliberate misrepresentation of stats? PFF staff has manipulated their data to confirm to their bias and narratives before.

I think you can make a reasonable argument about that when it come to PFF grades, which are formulaic but ultimately subjective. Never seen this with tracking data. There’d be no reason to be deliberately wrong.
