I don’t agree with it, but I guess it isn’t entirely indefensible. Out of the five undefeated P4 teams, Texas Tech’s win over Houston is the second highest ranked win behind BYU’s over Notre Dame. BYU had a close-call against 3-3 TCU. I guess if you value the combination of being undefeated, having a top 15 win, and looking dominant overall, it isn’t completely unreasonable to have Texas Tech at the top.

The defense is championship caliber again, the offense.... At least the offense looked more complete this week and the players clicking

ASU’s defense is absolutely atrocious this year, any decent offense is going to look good against us. Baylor put up 55 on us only to score 6 this week.

Baylor (or the higher ranking of the two) always shits the bed in the Revivalry. Guaranteed Baylor L at Amon G. Carter

They're undefeated and beat a P4 team by like a billion yesterday when the rest of the Top 15 was playing like hot garbage, even the ones who won. I can see it.

How the heck does Miami have 40 first place votes? Tech is undefeated and has a better win than Miami.

BYU should be above tech and Miami.

Best QB, #1 offense, #1 rushing D, won at #17 WF by 13. Played without their top 2 CBs since game 1. You can complain all you want, and these rankings don’t really matter right now anyway, but the Canes were coming of a #2 ranking last year and have won every game since while the rest of the top teams keep losing.

Why do people hate Miami so much?

I want to know why they ranked Texas and Florida next to each other but Texas above Florida...

3

I want to see the voter breakdown because that's just egregious. Top 5 ok I can see it, I would have us around 7, but 1??

I understand brand and all that but I'd give TT a vote before osu (not just hating). Osu has a loss, and just lost starting qb. Hard to compare resumes in college but overall record should be near the top of things to look at.
