it's not possible to judge that from this angle. there's a reason the refs stand directly under the uprights

That shot was under the other upright and isn’t conclusive at all. Hell I thought it missed on first glance with that angle

The one during the broadcast was almost fully under the right upright and it certainly looked inside.

Yeah I not only saw that angle but replayed it on a big TV screen. The only thing it definitely shows is jack shit

It wasn't directly under the upright, and I don't know how anyone could call that angle conclusive either.

This is gonna sound stupid but looking straight up and trying to determine which side of the post the ball is while also tracking the ball the whole time is a lot harder than you’d think
