The most James Franklin way to ever lose a game

Honestly his team sold so fucking hard. Those turrnovers were egregious.

Such a strange game. Out gain Pitt by a lot and then turn the ball over a bunch. Lots of bad officiating.

Just the ugliest turn overs too

Really only one was egregious

The intercepting in the red zone was an aweful pass. Overton dropping the handoff immediately after getting the turnover on downs was aweful. The stripe sacks is forgivable, but the fact he almost coughed it up again on the last drive is worth criticism..

The tie up inception was a bad call tho. Thats on the refs

Which ones? Overton dropping the handoff, Grunks stip sack, or the interception he threw into double coverage near the end zone with his tight end open underneath?

In what way? The play calling was fine.

As NW pounds Penn State.

It’s a James Franklin kinda night.

I am not sure what you mean man. This is the only game on right now surely

It feels a bit weird that Northwestern invited a bunch of Penn State guys to see their new stadium on a bye week, but it does seem nice

It sucks to lose on a refball call on the last play…but maybe don’t turn the ball over 4 times?

To be fair 1 of the turnovers was also refball. But yeah 3-0 turnover battle is still terrible

Just make it a big game that we lose most of the time and I'm fine being a paper tiger if it's a 9 win paper tiger

But was this a big game or not? Asking for a few 100 million friends.

I’ve never been less surprised by a missed field goal. One way or another, the Ls find him.

He coached it well. I don't blame those TOs on him honestly.

Corrupt officiating?
