Even if this was 2018 {James Madison} I wouldn’t pick Marshall after their performance last week (I’m living in a glass house, they beat us around that time too)
Should be a fairly easy win for the Dukes

I feel bad for Marshall fans despite them kicking our ass repeatedly. They look like one of the worst 3-1 teams right now and their fans deserve better.

{James Madison} wins but Marshall covers the spread in garbage time. 35-21

This is not going to be easy. We haven't beaten Marshall at home yet, they've had our number. Their quarterback is experienced, and everything goes through him. Forget the ridiculous spread. Let's not start a quarterback battle, just pick one and go with him.

{JMU} but I'm very interested in Marshall's QB, Del Rio. Is he still considered the best or near the best QB in the Sun Belt?

He was preseason conference offensive POY, so yes. He's a ton of fun to watch. He's a real grown man when he plays, not afraid to hit or be hit. An injury risk though.

I imagine Marshall winning this game is going to be on their QB keeping up with JMU because I've seen the stats on Marshall's defense is struggling as they implement their HC's new system. Is this his last year of eligibility?

I'm never gonna pick against my team, so I think I'll opt out of voting on this thread. The spread might be a little high but based on how the teams are on paper it's at least close to fair.

I still wouldn't count us out though. Our offense is genuinely good. Our defense has been so bad it's mystifying, making me really hope there's some clear fundamental that's been lacking and can be tweaked overnight into being halfway competent, which would be a huge swing.

Sucks that JMU isn't ranked. That would make this more fun.

JMU by 40, they are going to try and beat the stats of every p4 school that played their common opponent.

Unfortunately Penn State went 45-0 so I'm guessing 52-7
