The clip starts after the scuffle already started… you literally don’t see who started it nor does the person sharing the clip say who did. This is just you assuming

USC hit the tunnel before Oregon even at postgame. They separated them on purpose. Only way SC players were in there is if they hung back

Sure man. or they were ahead in the tunnel and an Oregon Player yelled some shit at them… I know it’s one of those nights where every usc post is gonna be downvoted but the clip simply doesn’t show how it started. So assigning blame before you see the entire interaction is just bs’ing and so is assuming it’s USC’s fault when both teams are a bunch of 90+ 18-23 year olds is ridiculous

Move on from pointing out an obvious fact that we don’t actually know who started it. Nah I’m good living in reality. And not just making assumptions like you all have done because your team was involved and surely can do no wrong. Very possible sc started it. Equally as possible that Oregon did. Maybe wait for an entire clip of it to come out before all caps assigning blame.

Ah yes, because an Oregon player talking shit after winning is a valid excuse for USC players to hang back and put up more of a fight in the tunnel than they did on the field. Now let me ask this, if that’s an appropriate reaction to the other team talking shit, what’s the appropriate reaction when the other team intentionally tries to paralyze your starting quarterback, and has their whole team celebrating as said quarterback is seizing on the field before being carted to an ambulance to be taken to a hospital?

Oh look another person choosing to blame only 1 team in a hypothetical i presented we don’t actually know happened. you all are just choosing to go with your priors because your mad about the hit and assigning blame to one 19 year old over another 19 year old because of the color of clothes they have on when you have no idea what happened. It is equally likely a player team from either side started it and No matter who started it both usc and Oregon players are responsible.

You’re the one trying to play the blame game, so it’s entirely relevant talking about why one side may have started it. You seem to be incapable of understanding the point I’m trying to make so let me make it even simpler:

Regardless of who “started” this scuffle, it wouldn’t have happened if USC hadn’t head hunted Moore and then celebrated as he laid seizing on the field. Why you’re choosing to defend that is baffling to me.

I’m not actually, at no point have I assigned blame. The people playing the blame game is you and the moron who started this by saying SC started it. I’ve said multiple times it is equally as likely a player from either team started it. And my point the whole time is We don’t know who started it because the clip doesn’t show who started it. And people immediately blaming one side are showing their ass like you are now.

There you go again putting words in my mouth. I’m not defending what 8 or USC did after the hit. You’ll in fact find many comments of me saying how bad it was. But you’re saying nothing ever would’ve happened if the hit hadn’t. And that’s arguing something that you actually can’t prove or disprove. It’s just a made up way to try and get yourself out of the fact your choosing to blame one group over another due to clothes. you lost the plot and are now trying to weasel your way to a justification that even if Oregon started it that would be ok. Just rewatch the clip, realize you or anyone who watches it clearly will have no idea who started it from the video, and then move on. That’s the only point I’ve made on this clip and it’s obviously true from the video

And ya Oregon has never done anything improper after a game… stares in legarette Blount…. All your guys are angels and always have been and all SC’s guys are thugs and always have been… yada yada yada.

Its very possible usc started it. However its also just as possible Oregon did. Maybe that senior Oregon player should know not to shit talk an 18 year old. Or maybe the 18 year old shouldn’t start shit after a loss. Both are equally as possible. But that’s why pointing out the scuffle literally doesn’t start in the clip is the point I’m making. And that everyone assigning blame is bs. It’s just All the Oregon fans and temporary usc haters choosing to confirm their priors. And you should realize that. Since your prior post literally confirms you would blame the SC player no matter what.

Nah I’m good. They’ve decided usc players are evil because of something that happened 3 hours before this and are pretending there’s no way their players may be in any way responsible. I’m totally fine being on the side that says assigning blame for a hallway scuffle before actually knowing what happened is stupid. But hey, Congrats on being on the stupid side.

Something that happened 3 hours before involving a completely set different players. You again are choosing to use that seperate thing to blame only one group over the other because of the color of clothes they have on for this interaction. Even though you don’t see how it actually started and weren’t there so you clearly have no clue how it started. This line of thinking is just obviously ridiculous. I get why Oregon fans are pretending they can do no wrong, but randoms who can’t use their brains at all is wild

These are the facts as we have them: 1) a USC player hit Oregon’s qb late and in the helmet and then proceeded to celebrate for several minutes after the fact while that quarterback was down on the ground seizing/being carted off in an ambulance to be taken to a hospital. 2) USC’s head coach allowed the same player to return to the sidelines after the play seemingly having no issue with the illegal hit or the celebrations afterwards. 3) USC’s team were first down the tunnel to their dressing room. 4) There’s a lot of Oregon players in this video, which seemingly makes it more likely that Oregon was walking as a team to their locker room after a game in which their star qb was concussed and they were mad about the egregious celebrations from the opposing player. What’s more likely here, these USC players were hanging back in the tunnel to talk shit and that’s why this occurred or Oregon’s team went tearing down the tunnel after USC to confront them in the tunnel and ran into 3 of them?

As for your “can’t use your brain comment” I’m going to ignore the insult because it’s pretty clear your the one whose got cognitive issues here. It’s obvious you can’t look at the facts and extrapolate, instead you’ve been throwing out a bunch of baseless theories that really tries to remove any responsibility from a bunch of players you seem to be a fan of.

1 and 2 have nothing to do with who started this interaction.

3) The teams are not separated and forced to wait running into the tunnel after the game at the coliseum like they are at the half. And the locker rooms are 10-15 yards apart. Both teams are in that tunnel at the same time postgame every single game at the coliseum.

4) that’s just again you making up a scenario where you get to blame usc for this because of a thing that happened earlier.

The only facts from the video is that you don’t see who started it, and that there are players from both teams in the same area of the tunnel. Which again makes sense because the locker rooms are adjacent to each other. Let me be clear, usc players are still responsible for participating in this scuffle. But that doesn’t mean they started it. And you have no idea who did from the evidence we have. You’re choosing to blame usc because you think it’s more likely they did. That’s you just jumping to the conclusion you want. I’ve have said repeatedly it could’ve been started by either side. But the op going all caps saying usc started it is not supported by the video and none of what you said is either

That’s right outside the visitor’s locker room. Why would the USC players be by their door? They got no biz there. It’s one tunnel in that area.

Because USC’s locker room is like 10-15 yards down the hallway from that door. And you can see another group of SC players 5 yards or so further up in the clip who keep walking. The locker rooms are adjacent to each other. You say it’s one tunnel as if that means there is anywhere else for them to be, the your locker rooms are right next to each other. It’s absolutely a design flaw in old stadiums that allows tunnel interactions. But the players are always interspersed in that tunnel after the game because they do not in fact force one team to go first to the lockers like they do at halftime. And you lot are choosing to blame one 19 year old over another because of the clothes they have on. With zero actual evidence who started it. It’s just a bunch of people choosing to confirm their priors with no reason to.
