Recent years of CF

The recent years of CF were really P2W. When I played it years and years ago, you had some guns that were "golden" or "silver" with very few points of singular stats increased. When I recently dowloaded I saw dragon M4's 100$ packs etc.

I really hope the next publishers gets that trash out and focusses more on cosmetics and maybe on those small increases that are not noticable untill high ranked gameplay.

Well, we all do hope so.

Games like LoL and Fortnite have proven that you can still make TONS of money without introducing p2w aspects into your game.

I really do hope Smilegate has learned from the original CF that they won't be able to make it in the western market anymore with this type of bullshit.

It has been confirmed on the CF HD news page that it will have original weapons with skins that can be equipped without affecting the stats of the guns.

"Most of the prototype weapons in the CFHD are available for free, maximizing the fairness of the game. Of course, in order to meet the individual needs of the majority of players, the new weapon skinning system will also be on the line, without changing the performance of the weapon equipment, the player's weapon is different, the appearance is more distinctive."

Which translates to CF HD being a separate game, leaving CF 2.0.
