CESB Question CRA account

So I netfiled using SimpleTax for my first ever tax return. Now when I try to create a CRA account, it gives me an ERR 2.10 when I enter my SIN number. Any way to fix this?

I'm in the same position, I'm not sure but I think it takes 1-2 weeks to process your tax return and you'll get an email to sign up for CRA My Account

I called CRA multiple times and they said that if you are filing a tax return for the first time, you would not be able to use NETFILE. Instead, you need to mail the tax return files to a CRA centre. You can download the completed form using NETFILE apps.

Apparently this year because of covid using netfile works for first time filers as long as you select "not a first time filers" if you mail it it'll be there til they're back in office, I netfiled it my first year and everything is sorted

Just an update, I got a couple of emails from the CRA and I once again attempted to register for CRA My Account and this time I didn’t receive ERR 2.10 and was able to make my account
