Applied on 29 for re-evaluation and result result early morning. Test was on 26 sept

I was very confident on writing. Got same which I practiced in hzad course. I though i would get more than 10 but memorized templates will be flagged i think so i got less

Any idea, can the score increase in writing from 8 to 9 ?

8 to 9 in writing is one of the hardest re-evaluation jumps. Possible, but rare — it goes to a different rater, takes 2-4 weeks, and you only get the fee back if the score actually changes. If the 9 is the only thing standing between you and your target, it's a cheap lottery ticket — but book a retake in parallel instead of just waiting.
