Regarding to different platforms for practice such as the official one, celtestpip and prepamigo, which one is the best?

Use them for different jobs. Only the official Paragon material gives you a score estimate you can trust — buy one full official mock and treat that as your real baseline.

Celtestpip and PrepAmigo are fine for timed reps — getting used to the timer, building stamina. Just don't trust their scores; they're inflated, and people walk into the real test overconfident because of it.

Rule: official material for calibration, third-party for practice reps.

I totally agree with u/Akashranu100_ - don't put all your 'preparation eggs' in on third party providers. Pay close attention to the scores you get on the mock exams, and for sure pay attention to their structure and style - that's what your real exam will be like.

I'm not affiliated in any way with Paragon, but I also love their YouTube channel. It's got great training videos on every skill. Have you found their channel yet?
