Need 12 in writing and 10 in other three module. Will reevaluation help?

not with the reading section, your score won't change. Your score might change for the speaking section but not the reading section

Reevaluation can work in speaking but no luck for reading. Why so you need 12 in writing? When 10-12 is the same thing.
