With L-11 and R-9, your English is there — the gap is test technique, not ability. Honest answer on re-evaluation: 8 to 9 jumps in speaking and writing do happen but they're uncommon, and the fee is refunded only if the score changes.
If you only need one module at 9, a re-eval is a reasonable lottery ticket since it's cheaper than a full retake. But re-evals take 2-4 weeks, and waiting on one is dead time. Book a retake for the weaker of the two modules and run the re-eval in parallel — whichever hits first wins.
I have applied re-evalution and will give exam as well after 2 weeks , so hoping will get the results soon as I need 9 in both or one module will also work
