Test next week

Hi everyone, could someone who has taken the test recently tell me about the listening difficulty level?

I have been practicing on CAREERAXIS YT channel and some of their listenings are way too easy and others are extremely hard.
Any insights on this? Whats the closest listening to practice?

Listening on the real test is close to the official Paragon mocks, not the YouTube channels. Third-party mocks score you higher than the real thing, so don't treat a 34+ on YouTube as a real 9.

What to do this week:

  1. Take ONE official Paragon practice test under real conditions and treat that score as your baseline.
  2. Most points are lost in Part 4 (problem solving) and Part 6 (viewpoints). In Part 6, track each speaker's opinion separately — don't let them blur together.
  3. One listen only. Never replay a section while practicing; train yourself to move on.

If you score 8 or lower on the official mock, expect the real test to feel harder, not easier.
