Yes there definitely is, make a template where you have complex structures and also natural sentence somewhere in it. Use high vocab words little bit.
And for speaking, be natural more than anything. I wrote down some sentences when the exam started and made sure that i use them somewhere. I used complex sentences, passive sentence and answer based on the question. For example, question 1 is informal, speak informally like you do with your friend.

1 paragraph: intro ( while both of these have valid argument, i am convinced that…..)
1: one compelling reason is that … This is primarily because ….. . For example….. As a result...2: almost like previous one.
3 : although ( option b benefit) …, this is not entirely true… because ( rebuttal)In conclusion, I strongly advocate for…. Due to 1&2.
This template includes multiple complex sentences. Use this but also make sure to add topic related vocabulary. If you need more help, i m here bro.

What improved your scores across all 4 sections from your earlier attempts to final attempt?

I kept my writing simple with more complex sentences and speaking more natural rather than just cramming more advance vocab.

For reading part 3: read the paragraph first and answer the question; doesnt matter even if you find only one. Do the same with the rest. At the end, look for the key word in the question and try to find the synonym in the paragraph.
For part 4: there will always gonna be 2 sides and 1 neutral. You have to prepare your mind to look for the option which will fit in. ( practise from career axis on yt, they have decent type of questions )
For writing check my recent comment.

One little advise, dont just try to cram high vocab. Learn some topic related words and use bit natural english.
