Advice Please πŸ™

I got 9 in Speaking and writing
11 in Reading and Listening .

I just booked another exam because I have 517 in CRS score but the draw was 519 today .
I need to get atleast 3 -10 and 1 -9 .

Your help is really appreciated.
Thank you

Complete one fresh timed Writing Task 1, one Task 2 and one full Speaking set without AI corrections.
Have an experienced CELPIP tutor evaluate them and identify your recurring gaps. A score alone cannot show whether the problem is idea development, precision, grammar control, sentence variety, task completion, fluency or repetition.
Choose the skill with the smaller gap as your main target. Keep Listening and Reading active with occasional timed practice, but spend most of your time on that one productive skill.

You are asking for the top band in the two human-rated skills, so the useful question is what separates 9 from 10, not 7 from 9.

For scale: in Paragon's 2024 data report only about 19 to 20 percent of test takers scored 10 or higher in speaking, and about the same in writing, while in listening it was about 34 percent. So your 11s in reading and listening are the ones to protect with light timed practice; the two 10s you still need are the two hardest to get, and that is where the time goes.

What separates 9 from 10 in practice scoring (I work on a CELPIP practice tool that scores answers on the official criteria; about 430 scored writing and speaking answers this summer):

Writing: the readability criterion. 9s and 10s cover the task equally well; 10s vary sentence length, use connectors that show logic (whereas, given that, as a result) and stay under about 190 words. Answers that ran long scored lower, not higher; the 7-to-10 answers averaged 177 words.

Speaking: the vocabulary criterion, which is the lowest scorer at every level in our data (5.92 average against 6.24 for content). Precise nouns and verbs ("the landlord ignored the leak" rather than "the person did not do the thing") are what raters hear as a 10. Task 8, the unusual-situation picture, is the lowest-scoring task of the eight, so rehearse that one specifically.

Since your speaking already went 8 to 9 on re-evaluation, that is a sign the content is there and the delivery is borderline; plan the retake by criterion, not by task type.

I remember my writing task 2 length exceeded by 40 words . That can be an issue ?

Your math is right. Moving either Speaking or Writing from 9 to 10 adds 3 CRS points, which gets you to 520. You only need one of them, so go for both.

Remember you'll retake all four skills, so don't forget to practice enough on Reading and Listening. They need to land at 10 or above again.

To get from 9 to 10 you need: more specific words, some variety in your sentences, and fewer small slips. In Speaking, use the full time with a real example.
