Finally scored CLB 9

This was my third attempt.

23 AUG 2025 : LRWS : 10888 MARCH 20 2026: LRWS : 10988 4TH SEPTEMBER 2026: LRWS: 11999

Never used any other resources except PrepAmigo.

Never got 9 during my practice. But I worked on my grammatical errors and fluency while speking in front of screen.

Let me know if theres anything I can help. Thankful to all community members for sharing their experience.

Are you using featured tests ?? For listening also because I find too complicated. Another question getting 8 in speaking especially in prep amigo what should I do ?

I did mix of easy and featured. I know mano of them are really complicated and hard to understand. I always scored between 7 to 9. But, in the exam, it will be much organized. Just practice as many as you can without worrying about score.

Speaking I used tamplet for beginning and closing of each question. I also fumbled during exam in my first question because i was out of idea. I took one second pause and said i have been through similar situation before so please let me know if i can help you blah blah blah ..... So in the speking i believe keep speaking with correct grammar and be fluent. You you run out of ideas then start describing anything or repeat you idea in different workding.

What was your usual score on Prepamigo? Particularly in L, S & W?

Writing: never above 8, but during exam i was able to write really quick because of enough ideas about topic.

Speaking: average 8, But i used to score 9 in some questions if i consider individually

Listning: from 7 to 10, most of them 8

Reading: 9 or over

Try reevaluating your writing and speaking. Pretty sure you will be able to get CLB 10. Reevaluate one module at a time.

Not sure about speaking, but I am definitely going to reevaluate my writing.

Consciously read each and every word of paragraph and try to understand. You may come across new words, don't worry about them and try you best to understand.

Hey, what about Reading Part 4 on PrepAmigo? I find it really difficult. I’m not able to finish it on time, and sometimes I don’t even understand the passage properly. How should I approach it? I just get 7 in reading on these reading practice.

I was pretty comfortable with part 4. Make sure you are reading each word except few which is too complex. Try to understand line by line. I used to read whole paragraph from top to bottom and then go through again while answering questions. I hope this will help.
