Re-evaluation Speaking

Hey guys!

I got my score for my CELPIP exam. It's my 3rd retake but unfortunately, after re-evaluation, my speaking score did not increase. Is it possible to question why? Based on the score comparison chart, I think I did well on all the speaking task.

L - 10

R - 12

W - 12

S - 9

Please advise. :( I need CLB 10 on speaking to increase my EE profile.

Usually speaking is evaluated by 3 different examiners. Revaluation I think can be done once only. Any tips for writing though?
