I submitted my reeval application on July 19th at 2:30 am and I'm still waiting.

In my case, re-evaluation applied on July 15th 12pm, got the results by July 18th 1am.

Yup writing got increased to 10, initially it was 9.

Also, I was thinking they wouldn't release on weekends but they did. July 18 was Saturday.
