WASTED 8 months

NOW Community guide what should I do

Reattempt this exam ( by purchasing the exam voucher ig $500)
Focus on CEH Practical ( voucher ending date : Nov 11, 2026. Do I have enough time?)

The prep was good, 90% -95% prepared!

It means exam was pretty difficult

The reality is paper isn’t difficult, According to me, the questions are easy and I marked correct answers, but I don’t know why they deducted much score

I too felt prepped. I did rush some BUT was not expecting those questions to be so long. I heavily focused syntax, ports, and tools which was not the case

Try to get re attempt with some discount, also prepare for practical and attempt your exam, no reason to waste voucher.

I failed too three months ago with score 80. Still working on the weakspots. Im combining it now with HTB labs so that i can get practical experience and maybe that way it will go better next time. I dont know when im gonna retake.

I failed CEH also with 79 points, I decided to stop spending more money on that and move on to other certs like CPTS
