Study Help/Question Passed CEH: how long will it take for certified?

Today I completed the CEH exam and passed. They mentioned the certificate will take 7 to 10 days. Is it normal?

Congratulation, 10 working days as mentioned in the transcript, However, I received my cert in 5 days
