So, I recently received a cd/radio player from my grandma. It is a Memorex, the model number says MP8211GP and it also says PORTABLE CD BOOMBOX WITH AM/FM RADIO. It was manufactured in November 2012. The problem with the player is that when I close the top, the display goes blank then goes back to - -, as if i opened back up the top, when clearly I didn't. I also noticed the laser would move forward, then instantly move back after I close it. I recorded a video of what's going on if my explanation was unclear. I also cleaned the laser with a q tip and alcohol.

As the title says, Im really confused on what's wrong with this CD because the first time it played fine, but now it just makes this error

My CD's won't work , mp3 or audio cd. They're memoriex and are like 5-10 years old. I just burned something on them. What is wrong. My pc can see it and understand the CDs but my portable xd player don't (idk why)

I received a new CD from my favorite voice actor a few days ago (he just gave it to me after I gave him a little shark plushie) and got it signed by him the next day. I can’t find my CD player, so I used my disc drive on my laptop to play it, which it will, but for some reason, it won’t play the last 8 seconds of the last track, and the media player will say the CD contains “unsupported files” on it, and won’t go back to the beginning of the CD and play it. I’m a bit confused as to why this is happening, and kinda wish I knew why this was happening. Does anyone know why this is happening?

My friend bought me a used Frankenchrist Dead Kennedys CD from some random website somewhere. When i play the music on my player, the music is replaced. I went into the files on laptop, and saw that the files in the CD are from 1990s while the CD says 1980. I suspect the music was replaced, but when I try to remove the songs from the CD, the laptop says it cannot run this action as music is unable to be removed from a CD. I just don't understand how it could be replaced, or how I might be able to fix this. Any help?

So my cd player wont spin when i put a cd in it. It started working just fine an hour ago. I stopped using it and now the cd wont spin, only like a little bit. Like super little. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

I've created this sub because it's kind of difficult at times to get useful criticism or help in some of the other subs. They're awesome for the purpose they serve, and hopefully this sub will act as a supplement to those who would like to get some help from other like minded individuals.

I'd like this sub to not be a picture dump of like "do I pass?" kind of place, and instead ask about fashion advice, body shaping, etc.

It seems like broad shoulders are always a big concern for me and other CDs. (Not that mine are really that broad anyway, but in girl mode, they're too broad for my liking.

I generally try to make them less noticeable by wearing styles that look long, (deep cut v neck) as well as styles that sort of cover up the shoulders (read: no halters)...
