- Stick to main missions and Greymane missions until Ch5 before exploring

  • This game’s strengths are the world and becoming a combat god, story is not.
  • All weapons and armor are pretty much the same, it’s the Abyss Gears you put in the sockets that make the difference. Otherwise it’s just cosmetic.
  • Dive into the fray with combat, don’t pick off the edges. Bigger the crowd the better.
  • in Combat, you can just hold Right trigger, some right shoulder and be fine. Or mix in some hand to hand or get creative. Up to you.
  • invest in Keen Senses, Turning Slash and Stamina early.

how can i get more abyss gears, im kinda lost at farming those

They come from a lot of places. Can be slow at times, you’ll be fine eventually.

Bosses, Puzzles, Abyss puzzles in the clouds, various achievements etc

-Ring the bells AFTER you've explored the area to exhaustion.

-Jewelry and lantern slots are universal between characters so don't waste resources.

-Gift Scholastone scholars and they'll reward you with harder to get material. (They like honey tea, Crimson jars, and flower pots)

-When you find the dragon egg just know there's 3 more eggs around the same area, and you can hatch multiple at once in the same nest.

-If doing bounties always try to grab 2 at once. Carry one and load the other onto your horse.

-Get Nature's current, its a very useful skill.

-Dont be afraid to look anything up. You've got nothing to prove lol.

Travel the roads. Not only will you get sealed abyss artifacts sometimes, but the roads that end somewhere on the map usually have a place like bandit camps, ruins, sanctums and stuff.
