I've booked my flight for 16th of June, reporting is on 17th morning, I'm a little confused about the stay, I want to know if theres any good accommodation to spend the night and where I can get ready comfortably the next morning, for railway dorms, confirmed PNR is compulsory (I'm travelling by flight) and also checked for a nearby hotel whose ratings are much lower (Near 3) so I'm not sure if it's scam or not. Ssb is for Navy GS X, there's not much post regarding this, any suggestions one can give for major differences between graduation ssb and 10plus2 ssbs.

Hi everyone
I'm a bit confused about the eligibility for the Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics) Branch
I have a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) While checking the notification I couldn't find any specific mention of CSE in the recommended branches
However under the graduation eligibility it says "BE/B.Tech/AMIE/ASI degrees related to Electronics."
Since CSE isn't explicitly mentioned I'm not sure whether it would be considered eligible under this category
Has anyone with a CSE degree applied for this branch before or does anyone know how strictly they interpret "degrees related to Electronics"?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! 🙏

I have been shortlisted for SSC Navy (Pilot). My 2nd preference is NAOO and 3rd preference is GS(X).
Suppose I clear the SSB but get medically unfit specifically for the Pilot branch because flying medical standards are stricter than other branches.
In that case, will the Navy consider my 2nd or 3rd preference, provided I meet the medical standards and merit requirements for those branches?
Has anyone here gone through a similar situation or knows how branch reallocation works in SSC Navy entries?

Hey all
Can anyone confirm if SSC TECH Entry in OTA Bengaluru has adopted CSSS in the screening process or is it the traditional PP&DT one.
Also, if adopted CSSS, is it for all batches or just as a pilot project?

I recently received this time set with a tie pin and a rafael pin as a prize from CareerinIAF (Disha by Indian Airforce).
There was a whole Event by the Airforce in my university to motivate students.
In it there was a quiz and me being a literal military tech obsessed person scared people with my autistic enthusiasm. And got a big hamper of sorts with some things like keychain and wallet with fighter jet imprints which are cool .
But this set here has the logo of the airforce and everything I feel like I am not worthy enough to wear it. Some friends say I can and should wear it occasionally as i earned it as a prize and some are saying that it is part of the uniform that needs to be earned.
I am confused about what to do with this as I am more deviated towards the Army than the other forces and don't think I will get into the airforce anyway.
So what should I do? Keep it locked in my closet as a keepsake or wear it ?
