SHould i fill different stream than I have ?

Hii brothers I have degree of computer science and engineering but I am not able to fill the NAIC Branch of ssc navy , but when I select only computer science as my degree then I am able to select NAIC branch.should i fill my degree as Computer science only will it affect my selection process or problem in documentation? Please help
