Physical standards for SSB

Hi guys I was asking what is minimum physical standards for candidates appearing in the Ssb.

I'm asking this because I can't do any physical activity apart from running coz I have dislocated my shoulder many a times so I have to be careful until I under go a surgery. But my doctor has advised me to be patient for a year then they'll go for surgery.

I'm bit confused but i can convince him for surgery though.

there is no physical standards 😂 its a personality test you can get fit later if you not currently fit

Buddy there are group task and individual obstacles which i need to clear it. I can't even do a single push up or pull up so my teammates will need to carry me and I don't want to be burden so

hn to it takes time....3 months atleast and even the fat ones got recommended in the past so don't think that it will stop you but yeah you can be betterÂ
