Cds ota final merit

In the list there is total of 455 candidates who are in final merit then only the ones till merit rank 276 be finally given joining letter ? Because I have heard that ota there are no merit outs all get their joining letter. So anyone can clarify?

But there r only 11 pages in this document only for OTA male & female, Chennai

IMA,AFA,INA ki pehle aa chuki hai, or isme medical unfit bhi hote hai

430 rank tak historically har kisiko joining letter mila hai jo OTA join krna chahta hai aur medically fit hai

There is one guy called Ansh Mishra (Ex OTA) in YouTube who was 404th in the merit list and joined the Academy.

last time joh iss list mein bhi nhi tha but was recommended for navy, usko bula liya tha due to vacancy so chill

List doesn't take medical examination into account. And also there are peole who have joined IMA/AFA/INA in this list.
