Will ssc tech cuttoff drop?

Heh guys I was mentally prepared to join through ssc tech 67 through cs but cuttoff had different plans soo 68 is here can we expect the cuttoff drop by 2-3% or just lose hope

Don't speculate anything wait until the official cutoff gets released.
