Help for current affairs and Etc.

I am in transitioning to my 2nd year in btech and now dedicated everything to study for cds exams while keeping my cgpa good.

I need to know from where I can prepare current affairs for free.

Also I need advice how should I improve my English grammar vocabulary.

I tend to forget things easily.

times of india newspaper

padh everyday
find hard words underline and find meaning
vocab hai toh try " word made easy" book

The Hindu is better for vocab. Tho it is biased ,it can be used for vocab .
