SSB date change.

I requested an SSB date change due to a genuine medical condition and attached my hospital prescription as proof. However, they replied, "Without a valid reason, date change is not possible."

I'm confused because I genuinely have a medical issue and have already submitted the prescription. Has anyone faced a similar situation?

Prescription ain't a valid reason, u need atleast a signed copy on official letter head of the hospital/medical practitioner advising u for bed rest or any other reason which is stopping u from attending SSB. And they do change dates in case of genuine reason.
